Benito buys a building in Beijing to accommodate its new facilities

China is one of the emerging economies in the World. Benito site furnishing in this country since 2000 and its Business Expansion Scheme provides that in 2 years the sales in foreign markets will represent 30% of the total revenue.

For several years, members of the management team of Benito collaborate in business missions in China, which provide them with the knowledge of the country and its industry.

Due to China’s expected growth, Benito has put in place new commercial offices and a show room with site furnishing in Beijing. To establish these new premises, the company has acquired a six-storey building 2,000 square meters, located in a business district of the city. The investment so far is approximately € 2.8 million.

“We made this investment to obtain a modern, spacious and more comfortable area for our employees,” says Joaquim Carandell, general manager of Benito. At the offices in Beijing we employ Chinese and Spaniards, a working that optimizes results and makes communication between both countries easier.

In addition to improve the working centres and promote Corporate Social Responsibility, the general manager of Benito hopes that the new facilities “will transmit an image of a modern, international company to our customer, suppliers and institutions.”
