PROTECTIVE TREATMENT AGAINST IRON RUSTING
Protection process that guarantees a high resistance to rust.
1. Shot peening
This step consists in eliminating all kinds of dirt, rust, calamine, oil, etc. that require the application of a mechanical treatment to remove oxide films.
2. Cathaphoresis *
This technique consists in immersing the metallic part in a chemical bath to coat it by electrodeposition. Paint particles are attracted to the part so that paint is deposited on it forming an even layer.
Application of an epoxy powder primer coating with a high zinc content.
4. Polyester paint
Application of a forge black oxiron polyester powder coating finish, with a double function: aesthetic and protective.
