Interview with Arnau Cumelles, operations director at Aridditive , a company innovating construction through 3D concrete printing, during the inauguration of the winning bench from the 1st FormART3D Design Competition in La Pobla de Lillet. The piece pays homage to Gaudí's architecture and the town's cement-producing past.
The project, created by Zeyin Song (IAAC) , was manufactured using 3D-printed concrete thanks to the collaboration of the La Pobla de Lillet City Council , Lagula Arquitectes , aridditive , and the Centre d'Estudis Lillet . It is a work that combines history, innovation, and technology, integrating artistic inspiration with the possibilities of additive manufacturing.
