Placement
In-situ rubber flooring is applied directly on-site. First, a base layer of SBR granules bonded with polyurethane is applied. Then, a top layer of EPDM granules in various colors is applied. The seamless construction and wide range of colors allow for countless designs with custom patterns and motifs. The use of continuous rubber allows for varying thicknesses to be created within the same area.
EPDM granules are produced by mixing vulcanized rubber based on ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), natural mineral fillers, paraffinic mineral oils, colorants, processing and vulcanizing agents, and an anti-aging agent. Available in a wide variety of vibrant colors.
SBR rubber granules, 2-7mm, mechanically produced from whole tire peelings. The material is free of impurities and metallic particles. Color: Black
Utilization
SBR + EPDM: Ideal for children's play areas, schools, nurseries, sports areas, nursing homes and in general any area prone to falls.
Thickness: Standard thicknesses from 20mm to 80mm, allowing the creation of various thicknesses in the same area.
Discoloration can occur without affecting the soil's characteristics.

Maintenance
- Routine maintenance: The cladding will be cleaned by sweeping it, and when required, by a thorough cleaning with pressurized water at the required temperature, including the removal of glass or other debris or contaminants to maintain safety standards. It is recommended to perform this cleaning once a month, or increase the frequency in case of heavy use.
- Corrective maintenance: This consists of repairing areas that are detached, defective, or worn from use in order to correct defects and restore the level of safety. If crumbling or discoloration is detected during routine maintenance, a primer resin should be applied to seal the surface. An annual inspection to verify the absorption levels of the surface coating according to EN-1177 is recommended for each piece of play equipment installed in the area.
Note: The colors are approximations and are extreme equivalents of a RAL color chart. The final result will not exactly match the RAL reference.
