INTROPDF## The lighting system at Montgat's municipal soccer field has been replaced with a new LED system. There are a total of 16 luminaires with a power of 1,000 W each. The total power, of 16,000 W, allows for a 67.40% reduction in consumption. Specifically, the old luminaires consumed 37,556 kWh/year while the new ones consume 12,240 kWh/year. #INTROPDF##
In economic terms, the savings will be €7,841.76/year. The cost of the new lighting has been fully financed with a subsidy from the Barcelona Provincial Council.
The new Apolo floodlights include the ONfield system that allows the light power to be adapted to each activity as well as the perimeter use of the field.
